Prayer for MB3

Prayer is powerful!
Please pray for all those involved with MB3. God of love and mercy, look tenderly upon mentors who serve the needs of those released from incarceration. Give them the gifts of patience, understanding, compassion and strength. Help each mentor to see your beautiful face in the faces of those they are serving. Help mentors to show each returning citizen the tender love you have for them, reminding them that they are special to God, that God knows them by name and is with them always. Lord please grant every blessing on our returning citizens. Help them to listen to their mentors and consider their loving directions. Help each returning citizen find new life as they face the challenge of beginning anew in their communities. Give them the ability to deal with all that is new and different and give them the confidence that they can overcome all obstacles before them. We ask this through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen. |
