will be rescheduled.

The radically transforming power of employment
This year, The Reveal will focus on the radical transforming power of employment opportunities extended to our sisters and brothers returning from incarceration.

Studies confirm the radically transforming power of employment for those returning from incarceration. In fact, there is no single greater influence on successful re-entry than steady employment. Employers are discovering that Returning Citizens are highly motivated, reliable, loyal and productive employees, anxious to make substantial positive contributions to the employer willing to give them the second chance they need.

With labor shortages challenging businesses in many economic sectors, more employers are exploring what it takes to successfully offer Transformational Employment to Returning Citizens. They find that these hiring decisions are among the best they have ever made. Successfully establishing an organization as an effective Transformational Employer does have some significant challenges. Our employer panelists will candidly share the challenges, learning experiences, and best practices they have accumulated as Transformational Employers.

Who Should Attend:
  • Returning Citizens
  • MB3 Volunteers and Supporters
